纳入标准：

回顾性研究：
1）纳入标准：
①年龄14—65岁，性别、民族不限；
②诊断为系统性红斑狼疮（依据2009年ACR/EULAR关于SLE的分类诊断标准）；
③所有患者均检测抗磷脂抗体，包括aCL、LA、anti-β2GP1；
④系回顾性研究，无法签署书面同意书；
前瞻性研究：
1）纳入标准：
①年龄14—65岁，性别、民族不限；
②诊断为系统性红斑狼疮（依据 2009年ACR/EULAR关于SLE的分类诊断标准）；
③基线入组不患有肾损伤（狼疮性肾炎的诊断标准：24小时尿蛋白定量≥0.5g/24h或经肾活检证实为狼疮性肾炎）
④所有患者均检测抗磷脂抗体，包括aCL、LA、anti-β2GP1；
⑥签署书面同意书；
⑥未满 18 岁患者，需要同时有法定监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Retrospective research:
1) Inclusion criteria:
①Age 14-65 years old, regardless of gender or ethnicity;
②Diagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus (according to the 2009 ACR/EULAR classification and diagnosis criteria for SLE);
③All patients were tested for anti-phospholipid antibodies, including aCL, LA, and anti-β2GP1;
④ It is a retrospective study and cannot sign a written consent form;
Prospective research:
1) Inclusion criteria:
①Age 14-65 years old, regardless of gender or ethnicity;
②Diagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus (according to the 2009 ACR/EULAR classification and diagnosis criteria for SLE);
③Enrollment at baseline did not suffer from kidney injury (diagnostic criteria for lupus nephritis: 24-hour urine protein quantitative ≥0.5g/24h or confirmed by renal biopsy as lupus nephritis)
④All patients were tested for anti-phospholipid antibodies, including aCL, LA, and anti-β2GP1;
⑥Sign the written consent;
⑥Patients under the age of 18 need to have a legal guardian to sign an informed consent form at the same time.

排除标准：

回顾性研究：
2）排除标准：
①合并恶性肿瘤者；
②eGFR< 30 ml/min/1.73m2（使用 CKD EPI 公式计算）；
③发生需要治疗干预的重度活动性中枢神经系统（CNS）狼疮（包括癫痫、精神病、器质性脑
综合征、脑血管意外、脑炎或中枢神经系统血管炎）；
④患者存在需要治疗的急性或慢性感染，研究者判断不适合纳入研究；
⑤妊娠、哺乳。
前瞻性研究：
2）排除标准：
①合并恶性肿瘤者；
②eGFR< 30 ml/min/1.73m2（使用 CKD EPI 公式计算）；
③2月内发生需要治疗干预的重度活动性中枢神经系统（CNS）狼疮（包括癫痫、精神病、器质性脑综合征、脑血管意外、脑炎或中枢神经系统血管炎）；
④患者存在需要治疗的急性或慢性感染，研究者判断不适合纳入研究；
⑤妊娠、哺乳。

③Severe active central nervous system (CNS) lupus (including epilepsy, psychosis, organic brain
Syndrome, cerebrovascular accident, encephalitis or central nervous system vasculitis);
④The patient has acute or chronic infection that needs treatment, and the investigator judges it is not suitable for inclusion in the study;
⑤Pregnancy, breastfeeding.
Prospective research:
2) Exclusion criteria:
①Patients with malignant tumors;
