研究目的：

大多数神经外科或者疼痛医学领域的文章对射频热凝治疗TN的相关细节，描述是非常有限的，往往缺乏对手术成功至关重要的技术细节，因此，我们尝试通过探索不同CT扫描层厚，对引导圆孔射频热凝治疗原发性三叉神经痛的影响，希望筛选出合适的层厚，为将来推广及广泛应用这项治疗技术提供一定的临床经验。  

Objectives of Study：

Most articles in the field of neurosurgery or pain medicine have described the details of radiofrequency thermocoagulation for TN limitedly. Technical details crucial to the success of surgery are often lacking. So, we try to explore different CT scanning layer thickness. It is hoped that appropriate layer thickness can be screened out to provide some clinical experience for the popularization and extensive application of this treatment technique in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄＞18岁；②根据ICHD-3诊断符合V2三叉神经痛或合并V1/V3三叉神经痛的患者；③术前NRS评分≥6；④病程＞1个月；⑤单独或联合应用卡马西平、加巴喷丁、普瑞巴林治疗后疼痛仍未缓解或不能耐受不良反应者

Inclusion criteria

①Aged 18 years or older;②V2 or combined with V1/V3 trigeminal neuralgia according to ICHD-3;③Preoperative NRS≥6;④> 1 month duration;⑤After using carbamazepine, gabapentin and pregabalin alone or combinedly, pain is still not relieve or adverse reactions is intolerant.

排除标准：

①拒绝微创治疗及参与研究者；②继发性三叉神经痛，例如由占位性病变或多发性硬化症引起的三叉神经痛；③穿刺部位局部感染；④精神疾病或智能障碍；⑤严重肝、肾、心、肺疾病；⑥术前有凝血功能障碍或对局麻药过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

①Refuse minimally invasive treatment and participate in the study;②Secondary trigeminal neuralgia, such as trigeminal neuralgia caused by space-occupying lesions or multiple sclerosis;③Puncture local infection;④Mental illness or mental retardation;⑤Severe liver, kidney, heart, lung disease;⑥Preoperative coagulation dysfunction or anaesthetic allergy.
