纳入标准：

1.年龄大于65岁
2.择期胸腔镜肺部手术患者

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 65 or older
2. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lung surgery

排除标准：

1.手术范围不包括肺部的手术，如纵膈手术、食管手术、胸壁手术
2.由于各种原因转开胸手术患者
3.临床资料不完整患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Surgical scope does not include lung surgery, such as mediastinal surgery, esophagus surgery, chest wall surgery
2. Patients who were transferred to thoracotomy for various reasons

3. Patients with incomplete clinical data
