研究目的：

1.本研究拟收集2000例临床典型自闭症儿童，采集儿童及其生物学父母的血样样本，进行全基因组检测分析； 2.通过临床评定/问卷测量，建立符合我国国情的标准化自闭症筛查、评估和诊断工具包； 3.建立个体化以家庭为中心的干预训练方案，定期评估干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study intends to enroll 2000 cases of clinically typical children with autism, collect blood samples from the children and their biological parents, and conduct whole-genome detection and analysis; 2. Establish a standardized autism screening, evaluation and diagnosis toolkit in line with my country's national conditions through clinical evaluation/questionnaire measurement; 3. Establish an individualized family-centered intervention training program, and regularly evaluate the effect of intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄2-6岁；
2.符合DSM-5自闭症谱系障碍的临床诊断标准；
3.CARS总分≥37分，3分以上的条目数≥5条；
4.患者本人及其生物学父母均为中国汉族；
5.受试者或法定监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 2-6 years;
2. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 Autism Spectrum Disorder;
3. CARS total score >= 37 points, the number of items with a score of 3 or more >= 5;
4. The patient himself and his biological parents are both Chinese Han nationality;
5. Subjects or legal guardians signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

脆性染色体综合征、Rett综合征、MECP2重复综合征、结节性硬化症、PTEN大头综合征、听力障碍、视力障碍、颅脑器质性疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

Brittle chromosomal syndrome, Rett syndrome, MECP2 repetitive syndrome, nod sclerosis, PTEN head syndrome, hearing impairment, visual impairment, cranial brain disease, etc.
