研究目的：

中国初产妇不进行干预，观察盆底自然恢复情况，设定产后6周、12周、1年对产后盆底肌肉功能状况和压力性尿失禁发生情况进行跟踪调查。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective cohort study recruiting subjects to evaluate the postpartum pelvic floor function is designed to observe the pelvic floor function and urinary incontinence at 6 weeks, 3 months and 1 year postpartum in Chinese primipara without intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

初次分娩的妇女 （包括自然产和剖宫产）
足月分娩（37-42周）
单胎
年龄范围在18-50岁之间
拟本地长期居住

Inclusion criteria

1. Women who give birth for the first time (Including vaginal delivery and cesarean section);
2. Term birth (37-42 weeks);
3. Single birth;
4. Aged from 18 to 50 years;
5. Plan to live in a long period of time locally.

排除标准：

本次孕前尿失禁病史
本次孕前粪失禁病史
本次孕前盆腔器官脱垂（超过处女膜外的膨出）
既往怀孕大于16周流产或引产史（2014 IUJ文献）
多胎妊娠
新生儿体重小于2500克或大于4000克
急产
阴道助产（产钳或胎吸）
会阴III度以上撕裂
要求进行盆底康复锻炼（入组病人不能进行训练盆底肌）
肥胖（孕前BMI>25, BMI=体重(kg)/身高的平方(m2)）
哮喘
长期腹压（慢性咳嗽＞1个月，长期便秘）
糖尿病
坐骨神经痛
盆底手术史

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of incontinence before pregnancy;
2. Pelvic organ prolapse before pregnancy (prolapse out of the hymen);
3. A history of abortion or induced labour over 16 weeks of pregnancy;
4. Multiple pregnancy;
5. The weight of the newborn is less than 2500g or more than 4000g;
6. Precipitate labour;
7. Operative vaginal delivery (obstetric forceps or vacuum extraction);
8. Laceration of perineum at least level III;
9. Request for pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise (patients who have entered the group can not train the pelvic floor muscle);
10. Obesity (BMI before pregnancy over 25, BMI=weight (kg)/height square (m2))
Asthma
11. Long-term abdominal pressure (chronic cough for more than 1 months long-term constipation ect.)
Diabetes;
12. Cotugno's disease;
13. A history of pelvic floor surgery in the previous year.
