研究目的：

本研究旨在检测PCOS患者颗粒细胞P13K/AKT/mTORC 1通路上关键分子AKT、mTORC1、SK61、S6等的蛋白表达水平变化，分析其与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to detect the changes of protein expression levels of key molecular AKTmTORC1SK61S6 in granulosa cell P13K/AKT/mTORC 1 pathway in PCOS patients and to analyze its relationship with insulin resistance.

纳入标准：

所有纳入研究的多囊卵巢综合征病人符合2003年鹿特丹欧洲人类生殖和胚胎与美国生殖医学学会的（ESHRE/ASRM）诊断标准：
1.稀发排卵或无排卵。临床表现为闭经、月经稀发、初潮2-3年不能建立规律月经以及基础体温呈单相。有时，月经规律者并非有排卵性月经；
2.高雄激素的临床表现和高雄激素血症。临床表现有痤疮、多毛。血清总睾酮、游离睾酮高于正常值；
3.卵巢多囊性改变。B超检查见一侧或双侧卵巢直径2-9mm的卵泡≥12个和/或卵巢体积≥10cm3。符合上述3项中任何2项者。

Inclusion criteria

All patients with polycystic ovary syndrome included in the study met the 2003 diagnostic criteria of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology and American Reproductive Medicine (ESHRE/ASRM) in Rotterdam:
1. Rare ovulation or anovulation. The clinical manifestations are amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, menarche not establishing regular menstruation for 2-3 years, and monophasic basal body temperature. Sometimes, people with regular menstruation do not have ovulatory menstruation;
2. The clinical manifestations of hyperandrogen and hyperandrogenemia. The clinical manifestations are acne and hirsutism. Serum total testosterone and free testosterone are higher than normal;
3. Polycystic changes of the ovary. B-ultrasound examination showed that one or both ovaries had >=12 follicles with a diameter of 2-9mm and/or ovarian volume >=10cm3. Meet any 2 of the above 3 items.

排除标准：

1.有内分泌紊乱史的患者；
2.严重心、肺、脑、肝、肾及结缔组织疾病者;
3.显著高血压，血压控制不佳，收缩压≥180mmHg或舒张压≥120mmHg；
4.合并精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of endocrine disorders;
2. Severe heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and connective tissue diseases;
3. Significant hypertension, poor blood pressure control, systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=120mmHg;
4. Combined with mental illness.
