研究目的：

（1）设计完全随机对照临床试验，观察化裁柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗胆囊切除术后腹泻胆热脾寒证的临床疗效。 （2）基于胃肠激素水平和肠道菌群探究化裁柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗胆囊切除术后腹泻胆热脾寒证的可能作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) A completely randomized controlled clinical trial was designed to observe the clinical efficacy of Huguizhi Gan Decoction in the treatment of cholecystectomy with diarrhea and biliary heat and spleen cold syndrome. (2) Based on the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and intestinal flora, the possible mechanism of the treatment of cholecystectomy diarrhea with gallbladder heat and spleen-cold syndrome with the decoction of Huichai and Gui Zhigan was explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合胆囊切除术后腹泻的西医诊断标准。
（2）符合胆囊切除术后腹泻胆热脾寒证的中医辨证标准。
（3）年龄在18岁-70岁之间，性别不限。
（4）1月内未使用治疗PCD的中西药物。
（5）受试者知情同意，自愿参加本次临床研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Conformed to the Western medical diagnostic criteria for diarrhea after cholecystectomy.
(2) It meets the TCM syndrome differentiation standard of diarrhea, gallbladder heat and spleen cold syndrome after cholecystectomy.
(3) Age between 18 and 70, gender is not limited.
(4) Chinese and Western drugs for PCD were not used within 1 month.
(5) The subjects give informed consent and participate in this clinical study voluntarily.

排除标准：

（1）电子肠镜等辅助检查明确有可能引起腹泻的消化系统器质性疾病，如溃疡性结肠炎、慢性肠炎、克罗恩病、痢疾、消化系肿瘤等；明确诊断为消化系统功能性疾病；如功能性消化不良、肠易激综合征等。
（2）排除妊娠期、哺乳期妇女。
（3）患有法律规定的残障（聋，哑，盲，智力障碍，精神障碍，肢体残疾）或合并有其他危及生命的（如：心、脑、肺、肝、肾）严重疾病者。
（4）对本课题所使用中药及西药成分有过敏者。
（5）已经加入其他临床研究的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Electronic colonoscopy and other auxiliary examinations to identify organic diseases of the digestive system that may cause diarrhea, such as ulcerative colitis, chronic enteritis, Crohn's disease, dysentery, and digestive system tumors;
Definitely diagnosed as functional diseases of the digestive system;
Such as functional dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome.
(2) Women in pregnancy and lactation were excluded.
(3) People suffering from legal disability (deafness, dumb, blindness, mental retardation, mental retardation, physical disability) or other life-threatening (such as: heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney) serious diseases.
(4) People who are allergic to the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine used in this project.
(5) Cases that have been included in other clinical studies.
