研究目的：

验证新型罐疗法治疗阳虚质颈型颈椎病的有效性优于传统刮痧治疗，为新型罐疗法临床推广提供理论依据  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the effectiveness of the new cupping therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of Yang deficiency type, which is better than the traditional scraping therapy, and to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical promotion of the new cupping therapy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①同时符合西医诊断标准和体质诊断标准；②疼痛时间1周～6个月；③NRS（疼痛数字评分）>3分；④年龄：18～65岁；⑤签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① At the same time, it meets the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and constitution; ② The duration of pain was 1 week to 6 months; ③ NRS > 3; ④ Age: 18-65 years old; ⑤ Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①有颈部受伤史、手术史、皮肤破损、感染、凝血功能障碍者；②有严重心、肺等重要脏器功能障碍；③颈部有肿瘤、结核、颈椎不稳、脊髓型颈椎病者；④处于哺乳或妊娠期；⑤无法配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with history of neck injury, operation, skin damage, infection and coagulation dysfunction; ② Severe dysfunction of heart, lung and other important organs; ③ Cervical cancer, tuberculosis, cervical instability and cervical spondylotic myelopathy were found; ④ During lactation or pregnancy; ⑤ Can't cooperate.

采用简单随机化对研究对象分组，由一名不参与研究的治疗师依次编好1～46序号，用excel产生1～46之间不重复的随机数字，按随机数字出现的顺序与已经编号的1～46序号对应排列，随机数字1～23为传统刮痧组（对照组），24～46为新型罐疗组，然后制定随机分配卡（包括序号～随机数字～组别～治疗方案）
