研究目的：

考察干预前后肠道菌群的微生态结构变化，研究其与糖尿病发展的关联性，探寻菌群结构改变作为玉米须水提物发挥治疗糖尿病效应的中介桥梁作用；并开展基于液质联用技术的代谢组学研究，考察干预前后血清代谢物组变化，从代谢网络调控水平寻找其治疗糖尿病的实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project is to investigate the impact of the intervention on the microecological structure of the intestinal flora, study its relevance to the development of diabetes, and explore the role of the microbiota structure in the treatment of diabetes by the corn silk extract; Through the metabonomics research of liquid mass spectrometry technology, researchers investigated the changes of serum metabolome before and after the intervention, and an experimental basis for the treatment of diabetes was found from the level of metabolic network regulation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南(2017年版)》标准，有典型糖尿病症状，加上随机血糖检测≥11.1 mmol/L；或加上空 腹血糖(FPG) ≥7.0 mmol/L；或加上葡萄糖负荷后 2 h 血糖≥11.1 mmol/L；②初诊患者，未经过任何药物治疗，空腹血糖(FPG)≤9 mmol/L，餐后2 h血糖(PBG) ≤14 mmol/L，HbA1c≤9%；③年龄18-75岁，男女不限，BMI 19-35 kg/m2；④患者依从性好，同意本方案疗法，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the standards of "Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China (2017 Edition)", with typical symptoms of diabetes, plus random blood glucose test ≥ 11.1 mmol/L; or plus fasting blood glucose (FPG) ≥ 7.0 mmol/L; or plus glucose two h post-load blood glucose ≥ 11.1 mmol/L;
② newly diagnosed patients, without any medication, fasting blood glucose (FPG) ≤ 9 mmol/L, two h postprandial blood glucose (PBG) ≤ 14 mmol/L, HbA1c ≤ 9%
③Age 18-75 years old, male or female, BMI 19-35 kg/Square meter; ④Patients who have good compliance, agree to the treatment of this program, and sign an informed consent.

排除标准：

①其它类型的糖尿病患者；②近1个月有发生糖尿病急症患者，如酮症酸中毒、高渗昏迷者；③合并严重心、脑、肾、肺等重要器官器质性病变者；合并血液系统疾病及神经功能疾患者；④合并糖尿病肾病、周围神经病变、下肢溃疡等其它慢性并发症者；⑤合并有急、慢性感染性疾病者；⑥合并有消化系统疾病，3个月内有使过抗生素、激素、免疫抑制剂和微生态制剂治疗者；⑦妊娠、哺乳期妇女，严重过敏体质者；⑧同期采用其它中医药治疗，影响疗效判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with other types of diabetes;
②Patients with acute diabetes in the past month, such as ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar coma;
③Patients with severe heart, brain, kidney, lung and other vital organ organic diseases; combined with blood Patients with systemic diseases and neurological disorders;
④Patients with other chronic complications such as diabetic nephropathy, peripheral neuropathy, lower extremity ulcers;
⑤Patients with acute or chronic infectious diseases;
⑥Patients with digestive system diseases, with use within three months Those who have been treated with antibiotics, hormones, immunosuppressants, and microecological preparations;
⑦pregnant and lactating women, and those with severe allergies;
⑧ those who have been treated with other traditional Chinese medicine simultaneously, which affects the judgment of curative effect.
