研究目的：

1.主要目的：探讨高压氧治疗笑气滥用所致认知功能损害的有效性； 2.次要目的：探讨笑气滥用所致认知功能损害的特征性改变。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Primary objective: To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of cognitive impairment caused by nitrous oxide abuse; 2.Secondary objective: To explore the characteristic changes of cognitive impairment caused by nitrous oxide abuse.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.有明确N2O接触史及短期频繁吸人史，符合DSM-5中物质使用障碍诊断标准的患者，男女均可；
2.急性、亚急性或慢性起病，有明确的认知功能下降的症状，例如记忆力下降、定向力障碍、注意力下降、反应力变慢、学习能力减退等；
3.自愿参加本研究，入组前向所有研究对象详细告知研究目的、方法以及可能的不适和风险，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Both male and female patients with a clear history of exposure to N2O and a history of short-term frequent inhalation, and meeting the diagnostic criteria for substance use disorder in DSM-5;
2.Acute, subacute or chronic onset, with clear symptoms of cognitive decline, such as memory loss, disorientation, attention loss, slow reaction, learning ability, etc.;
3.To participate in the study voluntarily, all subjects should be informed of the study purpose, method, possible discomfort and risk in detail before enrollment, and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患有脑器质性疾病的患者；
2.有除酒精及烟草以外的精神活性物质滥用者；
3.有高压氧治疗禁忌症的患者；
4.不能排除其他器质性或药物引起的认知功能减退的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with organic brain diseases;
2.Abusers of psychoactive substances other than alcohol and tobacco;
3.Patients with contraindications for hyperbaric oxygen therapy;
4.Patients with cognitive decline caused by other organic substances or drugs cannot be excluded.
