研究目的：

本研究的主要目的為建構一個類風濕性關節炎病患之自我管理計畫，並經由6個月的追蹤，評量此方案對類風濕性關節炎病患的成效。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of the study is to determine the effectiveness and appropriateness of the program with a focus on physical function and patient reported measurements over a 6 months follow-up.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

收案條件如下：年齡為20歲(含)以上、類風濕性關節炎的治療已達穩定至少3個月、短期內沒
有手術的計劃、及能夠理解和配合研究流程。

Inclusion criteria

1. age of 20 years or over;
2. disease considered by the treating rheumatologist to have been stable for at least 3 months;
3. no surgery planned in the 12 months from study baseline, and
4. able to understand and comply with the study treatment.

排除标准：

若病患處於類風濕性關節炎疾病活動期、類風濕關節炎藥物的使用尚未穩定、為其他疾病末期、患嚴重的失智症或其他精神疾病、或居住於安養機構者則不予收案。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients will be excluded if they are RA severe disease activity, no stable medication for the RA condition, suffer from other terminal illnesses, severe dementia or another debilitating psychiatric disorder, living in a long-term care facility, and participation in another research protocol.
