研究目的：

通过LARS评分观察“新直肠粘膜瓣”对于ARS是否有一定的预防和治疗作用；通过分析直肠肛门测压及盆底肌电图分析其机理机制；观察新直肠粘膜瓣对于手术时间、术后吻合口瘘、梗阻、感染发生率及术后住院时间的影响  

Objectives of Study：

The LARS score was used to observe whether the neorectal mucosal flap had a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on ARS; The mechanism was analyzed by analyzing anorectal manometry and pelvic floor electromyography; The effects of new rectal mucosal flap on operation time, postoperative anastomotic leakage, obstruction, infection rate and postoperative hospital stay were observed

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.1男性或女性，年龄18≤受试者≤75岁；
1.2 ASA（American society of Aneshesiologists ASA physical status classification system）1.3体格情况分级Ⅰ～Ⅲ级
1.4 NRS(Nutrition risk Screening，NRS)2002评分＜3分
1.5 ECOG（Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group，ECOG）0～2级；
1.6接受直肠前切除或联合预防性回肠造口的患者；
1.7直肠癌者，要求肿瘤距肛缘12cm以下；
1.8直肠癌者，术前未进行新辅助放化疗；
1.9肠镜提示病变近端结肠无狭窄、梗阻；
1.10自愿签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.1 male or female, age 18 ≤ subject ≤ 75 years;

1.2 ASA (American Society of anesthesiologists ASA physical status classification system) 1.3 physical condition classification I ~ III

1.4 NRS (nutrition risk screening, NRS) 2002 score ＜ 3 points

1.5 ECoG (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group, ECoG) level 0 ~ 2;

1.6 patients undergoing anterior rectal resection or combined prophylactic ileostomy;

1.7 for rectal cancer, the distance from the tumor to the anal margin shall be less than 12cm;

1.8 patients with rectal cancer did not receive neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation;

1.9 colonoscopy showed that there was no stenosis or obstruction in the proximal colon of the lesion;

1.10 voluntarily sign informed consent;

排除标准：

1.直肠癌患者伴远处器官或腹盆腔转移；
2.合并严重心脑血管、肺、肝、肾疾病；
3.合并有精神心理疾病；
4.既往多次腹盆腔手术史；
5.既往慢性肠梗阻病史；
6.既往便秘、腹泻或严重肠道功能紊乱

Exclusion criteria：

1. Rectal cancer patients with distant organ or abdominal and pelvic metastasis;

2. Complicated with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, lung, liver and kidney diseases;

3. Complicated with mental illness;

4. History of previous abdominal and pelvic surgery;

5. Previous history of chronic intestinal obstruction;

6. Previous constipation, diarrhea or severe intestinal dysfunction
