Objectives of Study：

To decrease hemorrhage in the CS of placenta previa

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）孕周大于35周（按照末次月经计算）；（2）经腹部或经阴道超声确诊为前置胎盘，子宫下段前壁有胎盘附着。

Inclusion criteria

(1) gestation duration of at least 36 weeks and antepartum hemorrhage (gestational age was determined on the basis of the last menstrual period as confirmed by an ultrasound scan taken between the 14th and 20th week, and calculated in menstrual weeks); (2) trans-abdominal and trans-vaginal ultrasound examinations would therefore provide evidence that the internal cervical os is completely covered by placenta and at least part of the placenta is attached to the anterior wall of the uterus.

排除标准：

（1）瘢痕子宫；（2）胎盘植入；（3）其他妊娠合并症

Exclusion criteria：
