研究目的：

根据肿瘤特点制定上颈椎肿瘤分型系统；根据外科治疗方式及预后信息建立不同分型的外科治疗策略理论体系。  

Objectives of Study：

To propose a new surgical classification of upper cervical tumors, and a new surgical strategy for the treatment of patients with upper cervical tumors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.累及C1、2的原发恶性肿瘤、孤立病灶的转移性肿瘤、良性侵袭性肿瘤患者；
2.患者接受手术切除上颈椎肿瘤；
3.术前影像学资料完整，可用于评估肿瘤侵袭范围；
4.术后接受规范化辅助治疗、康复训练等治疗；
5.术后随访资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients diagnosed with upper cervical primary tumors, solitary metastatic tumors and benign tumors;
2. patients receiving surgical resection of upper cervical tumors;
3. exact preoperative imaging tests for tumor evaluation;
4. patients receiving standardized adjuvant therapy and rehabilitation training;
5. patients with complete follow-up.

排除标准：

1.单纯的椎管内肿瘤；
2.炎症、结核等非肿瘤性病变；
3.未接受手术治疗的患者；
4.依从性差，未接受规范化辅助治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. intraspinal tumors without bone invasion;
2. non-neoplastic diseases like infections and tuberculosis;
3. tumors without surgical resection;
4. patients with poor compliance or without standardized adjuvant therapy.
