探究多PLD-ASL评估正常人脑解剖亚区血流灌注的稳定性及可重复性  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring multiple PLD-ASL to assess the stability and repeatability of blood perfusion in normal human brain anatomical subregions

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）.既往体健，无神经系统异常疾病史，无糖尿病、高血压、高血脂，无精神疾病，无长期吸烟、酗酒，无服用激素类药物，等；2）无MR检查相关禁忌症，能够耐受MR检查，配合佳；3)右利手。

Inclusion criteria

1). Past physical fitness, no history of abnormal neurological diseases, no diabetes, high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, no mental illness, no long-term smoking, alcoholism, no hormonal drugs, etc.; 2) no contraindications related to MR examination, Able to tolerate MR examination with good cooperation; 3) Right-handed.

排除标准：

1)MR检查过程中配合欠佳，图像有运动伪影；2）MR平扫发现脑肿瘤、脑萎缩、既往颅内出血、蛛网膜下腔出血等器质性或神经性疾病。3）已知的出血倾向；4）近一个月有任何的活动性出血（胃肠道、尿路出血等）；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Poor cooperation during the MR examination, and the image has motion artifacts; 2) MR plain scan found brain tumors, brain atrophy, previous intracranial hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage and other organic or neurological diseases. 3) Known bleeding tendency; 4) Any active bleeding in the past month (gastrointestinal, urinary tract bleeding, etc.);
