研究目的：

美兰染色作为新技术相比白光内镜检查进一步提高了对IM的诊断准确性，但其与NBI-ME和BLI-ME在诊断IM敏感性、特异性比较差异上还值得进一步探究。因此本试验研究目的是探究不同内镜技术对萎缩性胃炎诊断价值的比较。  

Objectives of Study：

As a new technology, methylene blue staining has further improved the diagnostic accuracy of IM compared with white light endoscopy, but it is worthy of further exploration in the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of IM compared with NBI-ME and BLI-ME. Therefore, the purpose of this experimental study is to explore the comparison of the diagnostic value of different endoscopic techniques for atrophic gastritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)临床怀疑慢性萎缩性胃炎和/或肠上皮化生
(2)患者年龄 18 岁以上
(3)自愿签署知情同意书参加研究

Inclusion criteria

(1) Clinically suspected chronic atrophic gastritis and/or intestinal metaplasia
(2) The patient is over 18 years old
(3) Voluntarily sign an informed consent form to participate in the research

排除标准：

(1)有胃部手术史者
(2)怀疑有其他系统恶性病变者
(3)有凝血障碍或血小板 <50 Xl09 /L者
(4)长期服用非甾体类抗炎药物 （NSAID） 者
(5)妊娠或哺乳期妇女
(6)肝硬化、肾功能衰竭者
(7)患者 3个月内参加了其他临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with a history of stomach surgery
(2) Suspected of other systemic malignant lesions
(3) Those with coagulopathy or platelets <50 Xl09 /L
(4) Those who have taken non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) for a long time
(5) Pregnant or lactating women
(6)Patients with liver cirrhosis and renal failure
(7) The patient participated in other clinical trials within 3 months
