研究目的：

通过代谢组学方法，检测不同情绪泪液（悲伤、感动）与刺激性泪液的代谢物，比较情绪泪液与刺激性泪液的代谢物差异，比较不同情绪（悲伤、感动）泪液代谢物的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Metabonomics was used to detect the metabolites of different emotional tears (sad, moved) and irritant tears. To compare the differences of metabolites between emotional tears and irritant tears.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄17-35岁
2. 性别不限
3. 无眼疾，近视度数600°以下
4. 无系统性疾病，无发热、感冒等急性病表现
5. 泪点低，能够配合在观影后流泪

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 17-35
2. Gender is not limited
3. No eye disease, visual acuity better than 4.1
4. No systemic disease, no fever, cold and other acute diseases
5. can cooperate to stream tears after watching the movie tears

排除标准：

1. 长期失眠
2. 患者有抑郁症、精神分裂等精神疾患或近期遭受过重大精神创伤
3. 生活作息长期不规律
4. 有烟酒等不良嗜好

Exclusion criteria：

1. Long term insomnia
2. The patient has depression, schizophrenia and other mental disorders or has recently suffered major mental trauma
3. Irregular daily life
4. Have bad habits such as smoking and drinking

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

判断刺激性泪液的金标准为风油精涂抹在下眼袋上而流出的刺激性泪液。 判断悲伤情绪泪液金标准为观看悲伤影片后流出的泪液。 判断感动情绪泪液金标准为观看励志电影后感动而流出的泪液。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Gold standard for irritant tears: the irritant tears flowing out from the lower eyelid bag smeared with essential balm. Gold standard for sad tears: tears after watching sad movies. Gold standard for moving tears: tears after watching inspirational movies.
