研究目的: |
1)对接受单独化疗、单独ICIs治疗以及化疗与ICIs联合治疗的患者,应用CMR多模态技术动态评估及监测患者心肌损伤的发生及其演变规律,为临床早期监测潜在ICIs相关心肌炎提供新的影像学标志物; 2)探究肿瘤患者在接受单独化疗、单独ICIs治疗以及化疗与ICIs联合治疗中,CMR定性及定量参数与心肌损伤临床指标的相关性,进一步了解ICIs治疗对肿瘤患者产生心肌损伤的机制; 3)通过随访患者接受单独化疗、单独ICIs治疗以及化疗与ICIs联合治疗过程中出现的不良心血管事件,将CMR参数与临床指标相结合,探究其与心血管事件预后的相关性。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1) For patients receiving chemotherapy alone, ICIs alone, and combined chemotherapy and ICIs, the CMR multimodal technology is used to dynamically assess and monitor the occurrence and evolution of myocardial injury in patients, providing a new way for early clinical monitoring of potential ICIs-related myocarditis Imaging markers; 2) Explore the correlation between the qualitative and quantitative parameters of CMR and the clinical indicators of myocardial injury in cancer patients receiving chemotherapy alone, ICIs alone, and combined therapy with ICIs, and further understand the mechanism of myocardial injury caused by ICIs treatment in cancer patients; 3) Through the follow-up of adverse cardiovascular events in patients receiving chemotherapy alone, ICIs alone, and combined chemotherapy and ICIs, the CMR parameters are combined with clinical indicators to explore their correlation with the prognosis of cardiovascular events. |

Tumor patients receiving chemotherapy alone, immunotherapy alone, or combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy at Wuhan Union Hospital |

排除标准: |
1)肾功能不全(eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73 m^2);2)任何磁共振相关禁忌症:如带有心脏起搏器、人工金属心脏瓣膜、胰岛素泵等金属异物、幽闭恐惧症患者、钆对比剂过敏患者等;3)孕妇;4)年龄<18 岁;5)自身免疫病病史; 6)需要使用免疫抑制药物; 7)先前接受过抗PD-1/PD-L1治疗 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1) Renal insufficiency (eGFR <30 mL/min/1.73 m^2); 2) Any contraindications related to magnetic resonance: such as metal foreign bodies such as pacemakers, artificial metal heart valves, insulin pumps, etc., claustrophobia Patients, patients allergic to gadolinium contrast agents, etc.; 3) Pregnant women; 4) Age <18 years; 5) Autoimmune disease history; 6) Need to use immunosuppressive drugs; 7) Previously received anti-PD-1/PD-L1 treatment |

The 1.5 T superconducting magnetic resonance scanner of Wuhan Union Hospital is used to collect patient's cardiac MRI data, and the Wuhan Union Hospital's PACS system manages the data; the datas such as electrocardiogram, serum myocardial enzyme spectrum examination and patients' medical history and records are managed by the Wuhan Union Hospital's Haitai medical record system. |
