研究目的：

本研究旨在分析全身化疗联合腹腔内热灌注治疗局部浸润性III期和IV期胃癌的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

he study aim to analyze the clinical efficacy of systemic chemotherapy combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion in the treatment of locally invasive stage III gastric cancer and stage IV gastric cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)患者来自吉林大学白求恩第一医院，病理确诊为胃癌; (二)年龄在75周岁以下; (3)签署知情同意书; (4)肿瘤均为原发，经腹部影像学检查或腹腔镜探查诊断为IV期或局部浸润性III期胃癌。 (5)骨髓功能、肝功能、心功能、肾功能良好; (6)无其他严重免疫抑制疾病或恶性肿瘤并发。 (1)有先天性疾病者; (2)一般状况差、脏器病变严重者; (3)既往有根治性或姑息性手术、放化疗、生物治疗史; (4)合并消化道出血、穿孔及严重感染。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The patients came from the First Bethune Hospital of Jilin University, and the pathological definitive diagnosis was gastric cancer; (2) age less than 75 years; (3) signed informed consent; (4) The tumors were all primary and were diagnosed as stage IV gastric cancer or locally invasive stage III gastric cancer by abdominal imaging examination or laparoscopic exploration. (5) Bone marrow function, liver function, heart function and renal function are in good condition; (6) No other severe immunosuppressive diseases or concurrent malignancies.

排除标准：

(1)有先天性疾病者; (2)一般状况差、脏器病变严重者; (3)既往有根治性或姑息性手术、放化疗、生物治疗史; (4)合并消化道出血、穿孔及严重感染。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) People with congenital diseases; (2) those with poor general status and severe organ lesions; (3) Previous history of radical or palliative surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy and biotherapy; (4) Complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation and serious infection.
