研究目的：

本研究拟选择择期在全麻行肠道手术的患者，探讨麻醉药物和麻醉方法对患者术后免疫及术后肠道功能的影响。我们假设改进后的麻醉方法和麻醉药物能够促进患者免疫功能及术后胃肠道功能。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients undergoing intestinal surgery under general anesthesia were selected to explore the effects of anesthesia drugs and anesthesia methods on postoperative immunity and postoperative intestinal function of patients. We hypothesized that the improved anesthesia method and anesthetic drugs can promote the immune function and postoperative gastrointestinal function of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASA 分级I-II级，年龄18-80岁,体质指数（body mass index,BMI）20-30 kg/m2，认知功能正常的患者。

Inclusion criteria

ASA grade I-II, 18-80 years old, body mass index (BMI) 20-30 kg/m2, with normal cognitive function.

排除标准：

有胃肠道功能障碍、腹部手术史、严重肝肾功能障碍、二级或三级心脏传导阻滞、基线率低于50次/分缓慢心律失常、精神障碍、困难气道或延迟拔管史、阿片类药物滥用、对右美托咪定等麻醉药物过敏、术前消化道出血(出血> 100ml)，急诊手术，患者或者家属拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

With gastrointestinal dysfunction, abdominal surgery history, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, secondary or tertiary heart block, baseline rate is lower than 50 times per minute slow arrhythmia, mental disorders, history of difficult airway or delayed extubation, opioid drug abuse, of the right holder microphones and other narcotic drug allergy, preoperative gastrointestinal bleeding bleeding (> 100 ml), emergency surgery, Patients or family members refuse.
