1.具有中华人民共和国护士执业资格证书并在有效注册期间内；
2.在职护士；
3.从事临床护理工作；
4.知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Registered professional nurses;
2. Currently working in the hopspital;
3. Working on clinical nursing care;
4. Understanding the aims of the study and signing the consent form.

排除标准：

1.实习、进修等非抽样医院护士；
2.调查期间未在岗的护士；
3.拒绝参加的护士。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refresher or in-training nurses;
2. Absent from work during investigation period;
3. Refusing to participate.
