研究目的：

观察Kickstart奕行下肢康复运动器对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行功能的影响以及分析使用者的主观感受；探究该设备对患者下肢步行能力的生物力学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of Kickstart lower limb rehabilitation exercise device on walking function of stroke patients with hemiplegia and to analyze the subjective feelings of users, and to explore the biomechanical mechanism of this device on lower limb walking ability of stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）首次脑卒中（缺血性脑卒中或出血性脑卒中，经头颅CT或MRI检查诊断），发病时间≤12个月；
（2）年龄>18岁；
（3）脑卒中后偏瘫，存在步态障碍；
（4）功能性步行量表（FAC）≥2级（2级：患者在1人持续或间断扶持下行走）；可独立步行≥15米；
（5）有能力并愿意参加本步态辅助训练试验者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) First stroke (ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke, diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI examination), onset time <= 12 months;
(2) Aged > 18 years;
(3) Hemiplegia with gait disorder after stroke;
(4) Functional Walking scale (FAC) >= Grade 2 (level 2: the patient can walk more than 15 meters independently with continuous or intermittent support).
(5) Those who are able and willing to participate in this gait training experiment.

排除标准：

（1）严重的认知障碍、失语症或精神不稳定；
（2）踝关节不稳定，或有挛缩、骨折、关节炎等骨科疾病；
（3）周围神经病变或周围血管疾病的诊断，有阻碍或限制步行或参与研究的症状；
（4）体重>125kg，身高在150～188cm范围之外；
（5）严重的心、肺部疾病，不能耐受试验者；
（6）有视、听、前庭器官功能障碍；
（7）伴有严重共济失调症状者；
（8）接触传染病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe cognitive impairment, aphasia or mental instability;
(2) ankle instability, or orthopedic diseases such as contracture, fracture, arthritis, etc.;
(3) symptoms of hindering or restricting walking or participating in the study in the diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy or peripheral vascular disease;
(4) weight > 125kg, height outside the range of 150~188cm;
(5) severe heart and lung diseases, unable to tolerate subjects.
(6) visual, auditory and vestibular organ dysfunction;
(7) patients with severe ataxia;
(8) contagious diseases.
