研究目的：

1）HTO联合PRP治疗对膝关节骨性关节炎关节内炎症环境改善、生长因子提升及磨损软骨修复的优势。 2）HTO联合PRP治疗膝关节骨性关节炎促进软骨修复的优势。 3）HTO联合PRP治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床优势。  

Objectives of Study：

1) HTO combined with PrP has the advantages of improving intra-articular inflammatory environment, promoting growth factor and repairing worn cartilage. 2) HTO combined with PrP in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has the advantage of promoting cartilage repair. 3) Objective to explore the clinical advantages of HTO microfracture and PrP in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）膝关节内侧单间室骨关节炎；
2）年龄女性患者<65岁、男性<85岁；
3）膝关节活动度>120°，膝关节屈曲畸形<10°；
4）膝关节内翻畸形>5°，内侧胫骨近端角<85°，股骨内翻角<5°；
5）体质量指数（BMI）<32；
6）X线片检查确诊膝骨关节炎Kellgren-Lawrence分级≥Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

1) Knee joint medial compartment osteoarthritis;
2) Age: female < 65 years old, male < 85 years old;
3) Range of motion > 120 ° Flexion deformity of knee joint < 10 °;
4) Varus deformity > 5 ° Medial proximal tibial angle < 85 ° Femoral varus angle < 5 °;
5) Body mass index (BMI) < 32;
6) X-ray examination confirmed that the Kellgren Lawrence grade of knee osteoarthritis was more than or equal to grade III.

排除标准：

1）膝关节患有其他炎性性疼痛性疾病，如风湿/类风湿性疾病；
2）有严重心血管、恶性肿瘤、肝脏疾病或糖尿病患者；
3）膝关节周围皮肤有严重破损者；
4）膝关节外侧间室狭窄并疼痛；
5）膝关节及周围严重畸形；
6）膝关节内大量游离体；
7）膝关节韧带损伤；
8）怀孕和哺乳期的妇女；
9）患有血液系统疾病、血小板减少以及贫血患者；
10）近2周内服用激素类药物的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) The knee joint has other inflammatory pain diseases, such as wind dampness / rheumatoid diseases;
2) Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, malignant tumor, liver disease or diabetes mellitus;
3) The skin around the knee joint was seriously damaged;
4) The lateral compartment of knee joint was narrow and painful;
5) Severe deformity of knee joint and its surroundings;
6) There were a lot of free bodies in the knee joint;
7) Ligament injury of knee joint;
8) Pregnant and lactating women;
9) Patients with hematological diseases, thrombocytopenia and anemia;
10) Patients taking hormone drugs in the past 2 weeks.
