研究目的：

本项目将建立孕产妇PSD风险预测模型，为孕产妇PSD高危人群提供筛査工具。通过评价筋膜手法联合腹式呼吸在产后耻骨联合功能障碍的治疗效果，对产后耻骨联合功能障碍的产妇进行干预护理。以期将此方法推广应用于临床，为改善耻骨联合功能障碍患者症状提供可行的临床护理方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This project will establish a risk prediction model for pregnant and maternal PSD, and provide screening tools for high-risk groups of pregnant and maternal PSD. By evaluating the therapeutic effect of fascia manipulation combined with abdominal breathing in the treatment of pubic symphysis dysfunction, the intervention nursing was carried out for parturient women with pubic symphysis dysfunction. It is expected to popularize this method in clinical practice and provide a feasible clinical nursing plan for improving the symptoms of patients with pubic symphysis dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）产后女性；（2）耻骨联合处有明显压痛或触痛；（3）翻身痛、抬腿痛、走路痛、腹股沟疼痛；（4）耻骨联合分离<2.5cm；（5）已签署知情同意书，并有较好的依从性以配合治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Postpartum women; (2) obvious tenderness or tenderness at the pubic symphysis; (3) Turn over pain, leg lifting pain, walking pain, groin pain; (4) PUBIC symphysis separation <2.5cm; (5) Has signed the informed consent, and has good compliance to cooperate with the treatment.

排除标准：

（1）存在精神疾病、认知障碍者；（2）存在严重骨及关节疾病者；（3）不同意参加本次研究；（4）耻骨联合分离≥2.5cm，具有手术指征。（4）凝血功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) People with mental illness or cognitive impairment; (2) Patients with severe bone and joint diseases; (3) Do not agree to participate in this study; (4) PUBIC symphysis separation ≥2.5cm, indicating surgical indications. (4) Patients with coagulation dysfunction.
