研究目的：

通过建立一个对过度镇静的精确定义和风险评估工具，为机械通气患者实施适当的镇静。  

Objectives of Study：

Perform appropriate sedation for mechanically ventilated patients by developing a precise definition and risk assessment tool for excessive sedation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病例收集期间新入ICU；
2.接受机械通气、且预计机械通气时间>=48小时；
3.年龄>=18岁，且<80岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Newly admitted to ICU during case collection;
2.Receiving mechanical ventilation, and the estimated duration of mechanical ventilation >=48 hours;
3.Aged 18 to 80 years.

排除标准：

1.GCS评分<8 （洗脱镇静药物影响）；
2.接受CPR后入ICU；
3.存在神经肌肉疾病；
4.机械通气48小时内进行气管切开；
5.48小时内死亡；
6.放弃重症治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1.GCS Score <8 (removing the effect of sedative drugs);
2.Entering ICU after receiving CPR;
3.With neuromuscular diseases;
4.Tracheotomy performed within 48 hours of mechanical ventilation;
5.Died within 48 hours;
6.Giving up treatments in ICU.
