研究目的：

针对慢阻肺设计一套的呼吸康复运动处方，从而缓解慢阻肺患者的症状，改善其生活质量，减少其医疗费用。  

Objectives of Study：

To design a set of respiratory rehabilitation exercise prescription for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD so as to alleviate the symptoms, improve the quality of life and reduce the cost of medical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者年龄在60岁—75岁之间，性别不限；
有症状的慢阻肺疾病，经常规治疗病情稳定者；
患者本人有积极参与医疗的意愿及较强的责任感。

Inclusion criteria

1. male or female aged 60 and 75 years old;
2. in the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease under regular treatment;
3. The patients had the willingness to actively participate in the clinical trial and a strong sense of responsibility.

排除标准：

排除肺炎等其他呼吸系统疾病;
存在妨碍实施康复的因素和不稳定的合并症，严重危及生命的原发性疾病以及精神病患者;
接受其他有关康复治疗，可能影响本研究的效应指标观察者;
未签定“知情同意书”。

Exclusion criteria：

1. ruled out other pulmonary diseases such as pneumonia;
2. There are factors that interfere with the implementation of the rehabilitation,like the instability of the complications, the serious life-threatening primary diseases and mental diseases;
3. always have been doing pulmonary rehabilitation exercise;
4. Without signing the informed consent.
