evaluate the efficacy of high-dose methylprednisolone treatment in preventing the early and late complication of stricture formation in grade IIa, IIb and II esophageal burns after alkali corrosive substance ingestion.

纳入标准：

children with grade IIa, IIb and III esophageal burns with alkali according to the Zargar classification

Inclusion criteria

children with grade IIa, IIb and III esophageal burns with alkali according to the Zargar classification

排除标准：

1. The causative substances are not alkalis.
2. patients who are hemodynamically unstable, have severe respiratory distress or evidence of perforation on imaging, or exhibit severe oropharyngeal or glottic edema and necrosis.
