研究目的：

通过建立一个对过度镇静的精确定义和风险评估工具，为机械通气患者实施适当的镇静  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to implement the appropriate sedation for MV patients through establishing a precise definition and risk assessment tool for over-sedation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

i.病例收集期间新入ICU
ii.接受机械通气、且预计机械通气时间≥48小时
iii.年龄≥18岁、且<80岁

Inclusion criteria

i.Newly admitted to ICU during case collection
ii.Receiving mechanical ventilation, and the estimated duration of mechanical ventilation ≥48 hours
iii. Aged from 18 to 80 years old

排除标准：

i.GCS评分<8 （洗脱镇静药物影响）
ii.接受CPR后入ICU
iii.存在神经肌肉疾病
iv.机械通气48小时内进行气管切开
v.48小时内死亡
vi.放弃重症治疗

Exclusion criteria：

i. GCS Score <8 （removing the effect of sedative drugs）
ii. Entering ICU after CPR
iii. With neuromuscular diseases
iv. Tracheotomy performed within 48 hours of mechanical ventilation
v. Died within 48hours after study lunching
vi. Giving up or Refusing treatments in ICU
