比较超声引导下囊周神经阻滞与腰方肌阻滞用于全髋关节置换术术后镇痛的效果  

Objectives of Study：

to compare the effect of ultrasound-guided pericapsular nerve group block and quadratus lumborum block for postoperative analgesia after total hip arthroplasty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六〇医院手术室拟行全髋关节置换术的择期手术患者；
2.ASA分级为Ⅰ至Ⅲ级；
3.签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who are selected for the total hip arthroplasty in The 960th Hospital of PLA joint service support force
2.ASA classification Ⅰ-Ⅲ
3.Sign informed consent

排除标准：

1、拒绝参与本研究；
2、对局麻药物过敏患者
3、有慢性疼痛服用镇痛药物史
4、凝血功能异常患者
5、阻滞部位局部感染者
6、严重心肺功能不全患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients refuse to participate in the study
2.Patients allergic to local anesthetics
3.Patients with a history of analgesic drugs for chronic pain
4.Patients with abnormal coagulation function
5.Local infection at the block site
6.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency
