研究目的：

联合多b值DWI的IVIM模型参数和3D-pcASL的CBF参数进行多参数分析，并结合FLAIR序列和MRA，指导发病时间不明的急性脑梗死血管内治疗并进行预后评估。  

Objectives of Study：

Combined with the IVIM model parameters of multi-B-value DWI and CBF parameters of 3D-PCASL, multi-parameter analysis was performed, combined with FLAIR sequence and MRA, to guide the intravascular treatment and prognosis assessment of acute cerebral infarction with unknown onset time.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

⑴急性脑梗死诊断标准符合《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2018》；⑵患者确诊为发病时间不明的急性脑梗死；⑶MR检查之前无相关治疗；⑷无MR检查禁忌症，检查过程配合良好；⑸由2位医师共同观察患者各序列各层面图像均无运动伪影。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The diagnostic criteria for acute cerebral infarction conform to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018;(2) The patient was diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction of unknown onset time.⑶ There was no relevant treatment before MR examination;(4) No contraindications for MR examination, good coordination in the examination process;(5) There was no motion artifact in each sequence and layer image of the patient observed by 2 physicians.

排除标准：

⑴合并脑出血、肿瘤、血管畸形等其他神经系统疾病；⑵MR检查前接受过相关治疗；⑶图像具有运动伪影；⑷未获得患者知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Complicated with cerebral hemorrhage, tumor, vascular malformation and other neurological diseases;⑵ received relevant treatment before MR examination;(3) The image has motion artifacts;(4) No informed consent was obtained.
