研究目的：

评价罗沙司他在CKD相关贫血患者人群中的长期安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the long-term safety of Roxadustat in patients with CKD anemia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18岁；
2. 在研究性质得到解释且受试者有机会提出问题后，受试者自愿签署经伦理委员会批准的知情同意书，并注明日期；
3. 肾性贫血患者，包括既往接受过罗沙司他治疗的患者和基于研究者临床判断可以启动罗沙司他治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >=18 years;
2. Subject has voluntarily signed and dated an informed consent form, approved by an Ethics Committee, after the nature of the study has been explained and the subject has had the opportunity to ask questions;
3. CKD anemia patients who are on Roxadustat (prevalent) treatment or could be treated by Roxadustat (incident) based on investigators judgement.

排除标准：

1. 患者由CKD以外的疾病引起的任何其他贫血，例如地中海贫血、镰状细胞性贫血、纯红细胞再生障碍、肿瘤相关贫血、化疗相关贫血、骨髓增生异常综合征、出血、恶性肿瘤等；
2. 有严重药物过敏病史或已知对罗沙司他活性成分或辅料过敏的患者；
3. 妊娠期或哺乳期女性，或有生育能力，但不愿采取避孕措施的女性；
4. 根据研究者判断预期寿命<12个月者；
5. 筛选期可诊断为严重肝功能异常者，符合以下任何一条：
(1) 丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）或天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）≥3×正常范围上限（ULN），且总胆红素≥2×ULN；
(2) ALT或AST＞8×ULN；
(3) 总胆红素≥5×ULN；
(4) 在参与其他干预性研究期间或将要参加其他干预性研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any other anemia caused by conditions other than CKD, e.g., thalassemia, sickle cell anemia, pure red cell aplasia, myelodysplastic syndrome, bleeding, malignancy etc.
2. Patients with medical history of serious drug allergy or known history of allergy to the active ingredients or excipients of Roxadustat;
3. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding or women of childbearing potential who are not willing to use appropriate contraception;
4. Life expectancy of < 12 months in the opinion of the investigator;
5. Severe liver abnormality at screening defined as one of the follows:
(1) Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) >=3 ULN and total bilirubin >=2 ULN;
(2) ALT or AST > 8 ULN;
(3) Total bilirubin >=5 ULN;
6. Patients who are participating in or will participate in an investigational interventional study during the study.
