研究目的：

观察神经递质前提物质补充对海洛因成瘾者各脑区及渴求和快感缺乏等心理行为的影响，探索相关机制。  

Objectives of Study：

to evaluate the effects of the intervention of supplement of neurotransmitter precursor on brain and psychological behavior among abstinent heroin abusers and to explore associated mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.海洛因依赖史；2.戒毒（或）劳教出所后；3.男性；4.18-55岁；5.右利手；6.不戴眼镜视力1.0以上；7.有吸烟史；8.过去吸毒以注射为主；9.没有神经科、精神科疾患；10.没有内科大病；11.未服用美沙酮；12.没有使用精神药品；13.没有使用其他毒品；14.毒品尿检阴性
15.知情同意；16.身体内无金属牙或其他金属异物

Inclusion criteria

1. abstinent heroin abusers; 2.released from compulsive isolation detoxification center or the centre for education through labor; 3. male; 4. age 18–55 years; 5. right handedness; 6. uncorrected vision was upwards of 1.0; 7.smoking cigarettes; 8. injecting heroin was the main method of drug using; 9. absence of neurological or psychiatric disorders; 10. absence of major internal disorders; 11. no current use of methadone; 12. no current psychotropic medication; 13. absence of substance abuse or dependence; 14. negative urine detection; 15. able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 16. without metal tooth or other metal material in the body
