研究目的：

主要目的：评估胸神经根脉冲射频调节术联合三氧自体血回输疗法治疗胸部PHN的安全性与有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To evaluated the safety and efficacy of thoracic nerve pulsed radiofrequency combined with ozonated autohemotherapy with ozone in patients with thoracic postherpetic neuralgia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

胜利油田中心医院疼痛科收治的胸部PHN患者（病程大于3个月），均已接受胸神经根脉冲射频调节术联合三氧自体血回输疗法。

Inclusion criteria

All the thoracic PHN patients (course more than 3 months) admitted to the pain Department of Shengli Oilfield Central Hospital （received thoracic nerve root pulse radio frequency modulation combined with ozonated Autohemotherapy).

排除标准：

1.合并恶性肿瘤；
2.合并其他疼痛性疾病；
3.3个月内接受过侵入性手术治疗；
4.失访；
5.医疗数据缺失；
6.出院后服用额外镇痛药物治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of cancer ;
2.Other pain-causing disease;
3.Other invasive procedure within 3 monyths ;
4.Follow-up loss;
5.Insufficient medical records ;
6.Treated with additional anagesics after discharge.
