研究目的：

评价三氧化二砷预防原发性肝癌姑息性切除术后复发和转移的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of arsenic trioxide to prevent recurrence and metastasis of primary liver cancer after palliative resection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18～70岁；
明确诊断的原发性肝癌；
HCC完整切除；
Child–Pugh A、B（≤7分）级（Child–Pugh评级中白蛋白和胆红素两项指标中只能有一项为2分）；
KPS评分≥ 50；
肿瘤裸露；
一并切除的卫星灶或子灶；
镜下血管或胆管癌栓；
预计存活期大于等于6个月；
心脏、肾脏功能良好。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18~70 years old;
2. The diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC);
3. Complete resection of HCC;
4. Child - Pugh A, B (less than 7) level (only two indicators of albumin and bilirubin Child - Pugh rating in one of 2);
5. The KPS score is more than 50;
6. The tumor was exposed;
7. A combined resection of a satellite or a focal point;
8. Vascular or bile duct embolus under the microscope;
9. Expentance of survival period is more than 6 months;
10. Normal heart and kidney function.

排除标准：

孕期和哺乳期；
同时患有其他肿瘤或活动性肝癌；
全身已发生广泛转移；
肝功能严重障碍，属Child-Pugh C级；
不可纠正的凝血功能障碍，血小板计数小于100×109；
伴有严重未控制的内科疾病或急性感染者；
? 有神经系统病变，脑或脑膜转移；
最近2个月内参加其他类似药物临床试验；
对砷及相关化合物过敏；
3个月以内接受过其他系统抗肿瘤药；
由于严重的副反应不能完成化疗；
患者不能理解研究的目的或不同意研究的要求。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy and lactation period;
2. Complication of other tumors or active liver cancer;
3. Extensive metastasis has occurred in the whole body;
4. The liver function severer than the Child-Pugh C grade;
5. The blood platelet count was less than 100 x 10^9, which could not be corrected.
6. Uncontrolled medical or acute infection;
7. With disease of the nervous system, brain or meningeal metastasis;
8. Other clinical trials of similar drugs have been involved in the last 2 months;
9. Allergy to arsenic and related compounds;
10. Other systemic antitumor drugs were accepted within 3 months;
11. Chemotherapy can not be completed because of severe side effects;
12. The patient is unable to understand the purpose of the study or disagree with the requirements of the study.
