通过基因组学研究，探索高度近视的遗传学机制，揭示高度近视成因并探索预防、干预方法，提高我们在其发病方面的认知，并为今后高度近视的治疗提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Through genomics research, we want to explore the genetic mechanism of high myopia, reveal the causes of high myopia, and explore preventive and intervention methods. It may help to improve our cognition in the pathogenesis, and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of high myopia in the future.

纳入标准：

-8.00D以上的高度近视

Inclusion criteria

High myopia above -8.00D

排除标准：

有严重全身疾病或不配合者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe systemic diseases or not willing.
