主要目的： 1.发现舒肝宁注射液不良反应的类型、表现和发生率； 2.明确舒肝宁注射液各类不良反应的严重程度、预后及转归； 3.研究分析舒肝宁注射液的不良反应主要影响因素； 4.为完善修订说明书和建立药物风险管理提供循证证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1.To find the types, manifestations and incidence of adverse reactions of Shuganning injection; 2.To clarify the severity, prognosis and outcome of all kinds of adverse reactions of Shuganning injection; 3.To study the main influencing factors of adverse reactions of Shuganning injection; 4.It provides evidence for improving the revision of the instruction and establishing drug risk management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.监测期内，各监测医院所有接受舒肝宁注射液治疗的住院患者为观察对象；
2,同一病人不同次用药，两次用药时间间隔3天以内（≤3天），算一次观察对象。超过3天（>3天），按新一次的观察对象

Inclusion criteria

1.During the monitoring period, all inpatients receiving Shuganning injection were observed;
2.The same patient with different times of medication, the interval between two times of medication is less than 3 days (<= 3 days), which is regarded as one observation object. More than 3 days (> 3 days), according to the new observation object.

排除标准：

无法采集本项研究所需要信息的住院患者。

Inpatients who are unable to collect the information needed for this study.
