主要目的：对符合纳入标准的患者进行回顾性分析，探讨二氧化碳气腹压力对卵巢功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To study the effect of Carbon Dioxide pneumoperitoneum pressure on ovarian function.

纳入标准：

患者不孕是由盆腔粘连、输卵管因素或原因不明引起，则纳入研究，术后随访3个月经周期。

Inclusion criteria

Patients were included if their infertility was caused by pelvic adhesions, tubal factors, or unexplained, and were followed up for 3 menstrual cycles following surgery.

排除标准：

内分泌相关疾病患者，如子宫内膜异位症和多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）排除。在研究过程中失访的参与者也被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with endocrine-related diseases, such as endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), were excluded. Participants who dropped out during the course of study were also excluded.
