研究目的：

分析暴露因素（手术年龄、术前泌尿系感染情况、手术方式、术前上下肾分肾功能、术前输尿管末端膨出直径）与术后并发症和再手术之间的因果关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the causal relationship between exposure factors (operating age, preoperative urinary tract infection, surgical methods, preoperative renal function of upper and lower kidney, preoperative ureteral bulge diameter) and postoperative complications and reoperation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.手术治疗的重复肾合并单侧梗阻性异位输尿管末端膨出的患者，术后随访时间半年以上；
2.患者年龄小于等于14岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Surgical treatment of patients with repetitive kidney and unilateral obstructive ectopic ureteral bulge, the follow-up time after surgery is more than half a year;
2. The age of the patient is less than or equal to 14 years old.

排除标准：

术前存在膀胱输尿管反流，重肾下肾发育异常，重复肾对侧肾脏发育异常。

Exclusion criteria：

Before the operation, there was vesicoureteral reflux, the kidney underneath the kidney was abnormal, and the kidney on the opposite side of the kidney was repeated abnormally.
