研究目的：

分析暴露因素（手术年龄；术前泌尿系感染情况；手术方式；术前上下肾分肾功能；术前输尿管末端膨出直径）与术后并发症和再手术之间的因果关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the relationship between exposure factors（age of operation; urinary infection; surgical procedures; split renal function of upper and lower pole; diameter of ureterocele ) and postoperative complications and re-operation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

手术治疗的重复肾合并单侧梗阻性异位输尿管末端膨出的患者，术后随访时间半年以上，患者年龄小于等于14岁。

Inclusion criteria

The patients with ectopic obstructing ureterocele in complete duplex kidney underwent operation, they were followed up for more than half a year, and their age was less than or equal to 14 years.

排除标准：

术前存在膀胱输尿管反流，重肾下肾发育异常，重复肾对侧肾脏发育异常。

Exclusion criteria：

vesicoureteral reflux before operation, abnormal lower pole and abnormal contralateral kidney
