研究目的：

1. 主要目的：根据四川大学华西医院2016年-2019年期间胃肠外科接受直肠癌单纯新辅助化疗方案病人数据，分析影响新辅助治疗效果的关键因素，具有重要的临床意义。 2. 次要目的：由于术前放化疗可以带来稳定的有效率以及一部分临床完全缓解，但尚不太确定最佳的放化疗方案的药物类型/剂量、放疗剂量、放疗时长以及治疗后到手术前的观察时间长度，因此，分析新辅助治疗最佳剂量及时长极其重要。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: according to the data of patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy for rectal cancer in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from 2016 to 2019, to analyze the key factors affecting the effect of neoadjuvant treatment, which has important clinical significance. 2. Secondary purpose: because preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy can bring stable effective rate and partial clinical complete remission, but it is not yet sure about the best drug type/dose of radiotherapy and chemotherapy regimen, radiotherapy dose, radiotherapy duration, and after treatment. The length of observation time before surgery, therefore, it is extremely important to analyze the optimal dose and length of neoadjuvant therapy.

纳入标准：

1.患者本人签署知情同意书；
2.提供联系方式，能够使用手机接收随访提醒和预约。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient himself signs the informed consent form;
2. Provide contact information and be able to use the mobile phone to receive follow-up reminders and appointments.

排除标准：

1.患者结直肠癌肿瘤非原发性，来源于其它器官的转移性肿瘤；
2.不具有TRG结局终点。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient's colorectal cancer tumor is non-primary, and is a metastatic tumor derived from other organs;
2. There is no TRG ending point.
