研究目的：

本研究旨在探討肌肉生物反饋訓練與姿勢生物反饋訓練在糾正頸部肌肉控制和減少與智能手機使用相關的頸部疼痛方面的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of the study is to investigate the effectiveness of muscle biofeedback training versus a posture biofeedback training in correcting neck muscle control and reducing neck pain related to smartphone use.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

参与者将被随机分为 3 组。 每组将接受为期 6 周的干预。 一组将使用“姿势生物反馈装置”，每周 5 天，每天 2 小时。 第二组将使用“肌肉生物反馈装置”，每周 5 天，每天 2 小时。 第三组将作为对照组，指导他们进行日常颈部锻炼。 前两组的参与者也将被指示每天进行相同的练习。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Participants will be divided randomly into 3 groups. Each group will undergo a 6-weeks' intervention. One group will use a "postural biofeedback device" for 2 hours per day, 5days a week. the second group will use a "muscle biofeedback device" for 2 hours per day, 5 days per week. The third group will be a control group in which they are instructed to perform daily neck exercises. Participants in first 2 groups will also be instructed to perform the same exercises daily. 

纳入标准：

只有那些有超过 3 个月的颈部疼痛史的人才会被招募。 参与者的纳入标准是：
1) 每天使用智能手机超过 2 小时；
2) 当前颈部疼痛（至少 2/10）
3）NDI 评分 > 8/100。

Inclusion criteria

Only those individuals with a history of neck pain for more than 3 months will be recruited. The inclusion criteria for the participants are:
1) daily smartphone user for more than 2 hours per day;
2) current neck pain (at least 2/10),;
3) NDI scored > 8/100.

排除标准：

排除标准是：1）近期有外伤或颈胸外科手术史； 2) 严重的关节炎或关节疾病； 3) 其他影响肌肉骨骼系统的慢性疾病

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria are: 1) recent trauma or history of cervical or thoracic surgery; 2) severe arthritis or joint disorders; 3) other chronic diseases affecting musculoskeletal system
