研究目的：

通过促进自主研发的一次性肠管捆扎提拉器的推广应用，更好的满足临床需求，提高手术疗效和安全性，降低术后并发症发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

By promoting the popularization and application of the self-developed disposable bowel strapping and pulling device, it can better meet the clinical needs, improve the efficacy and safety of the operation, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本课题组拟对2021-06至2023年06月我院中低位直肠癌接受直肠前切除术患者行前瞻性、随机对照研究，观察组术中用一次性肠管捆扎提拉器整体捆扎和提拉肠管及其系膜，以暴露视野及操作空间；并用于封闭肿瘤两端肠管；标示及测量切缘的距离；辅助切割及闭合肿瘤远端肠管。其余步骤同对照组。对照组术中用纱条捆扎提拉肠管，以暴露视野及操作空间，并进行其他类似观察组的操作。分析比较两组患者相关临床指标及预后指标；拟联合多家结直肠诊疗中心开展前瞻性、多中心、随机对照临床试验。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

We intend to conduct a prospective, randomized and controlled study on patients with medium-low rectal cancer in our hospital who will undergo laparoscopy-assisted anterior resection from June 2021 to June 2023. For keeping good traction force, exposing the space around the rectum well, and carrying out accurate dissociation, the observation group will strap and pull the rectum and the mesorectum together with Single-Use Intestinal Strapping and Lifting Device, which can also enclose the tumor in the pre-resected intestine. The Single-Use Intestinal Strapping and Lifting Device can measure and mark the position of the distal end of the tumor clearly, which is helpful for the surgeon to use a laparoscopic cutting closure device to cut the rectum at 1-2 cm from its distal end so that a safe distance to the distal resection margin can be ensured. At this time, we could perform lavage thoroughly. The rest of the steps are the same as the control group. In the control group, gauze will be used to tie and lift the intestine to expose the field of vision and operating space. To analyze and compare the relevant clinical indicators and prognostic indicators of the two groups of patients from June 2021 to June 2023, we plan to carry out prospective, multi-center, randomized controlled clinical trials with multiple colorectal diagnosis and treatment centers. 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18岁-90岁；
2.术前均经肠镜活检定性诊断，经肠镜或直肠指检定位诊断,肿块下缘距肛缘10cm以内，依据《中国结直肠癌诊疗规范（2020年版）》确诊为中低位直肠癌；
3.腹部CT检查或MRI检查明确无远处转移、无邻近脏器侵犯，肿瘤直径＜8cm；
4.经常规术前准备，依据《腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术操作指南（2018版）》选择为腹腔镜中低位直肠癌Dixon手术方式。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-90 years;
2. Before the operation, qualitative diagnosis was performed by colonoscopy or digital rectal examination. The lower edge of the mass was within 10cm from the anal edge. According to the "Chinese Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Regulations (2020 Edition)", it was diagnosed as middle and low rectal cancer;
3. Abdominal CT examination or MRI examination confirmed no distant metastasis, no adjacent organ invasion, tumor diameter <8cm;
4. After routine preoperative preparation, according to the "Laparoscopic Radical Colorectal Cancer Operation Guidelines (2018 Edition)", the Dixon operation method for laparoscopic middle and low rectal cancer is selected.

排除标准：

1.严重心肺功能障碍、血液系统或免疫系统疾病等，无法耐受手术者；
2.直肠癌伴出血、穿孔、梗阻行急诊手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, blood system or immune system disease, etc., who cannot tolerate surgery;
2. Rectal cancer accompanied by bleeding, perforation, and obstruction undergoing emergency surgery.
