研究目的：

本研究通过比较髂筋膜间隙阻滞（FICB）在髋部骨折创伤早期镇痛效果及可行性，为髋部骨折的术前镇痛提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to compare the early analgesic effect and feasibility of iliac fascial space block (FICB) in hip fracture trauma, and to provide reference for preoperative analgesia of hip fracture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.ASA分级I、II；
2.年龄>=55岁，性别不限；
3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.ASA:IⅡ
2.Age≧55years old,gender is not limited
3.Sign the informed consent in writing

排除标准：

1.对局麻药物过敏者；
2.穿刺部位皮肤感染者；
3.凝血异常者；
4.严重心肺脑合并症、肝肾功能不全患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients or their family members refused to participate in the trial
2.Patients with allergies to local anesthetics.
3.Intended block area infection.
4.Coagulopathy.
5.Severe cardiovascular;lung;brain disease or Liver and Kidney dysfunction.
