研究目的：

通过自身对照的试验方法，将同一位稳定期白癜风患者同一病损部位皮损分为实验组及常规对照组，对比观察火针及308nm准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风的近期临床疗效，为临床治疗稳定期白癜风提供更多治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Through self-control test method, the lesions of the same lesion in the same stable vitiligo patients were divided into experimental group and conventional control group. The clinical efficacy of fire needle and 308nm excimer laser in the treatment of stable vitiligo were compared. Vitiligo provides more treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

（1）随机选取40例稳定期白癜风患者，告知试验目的，签署知情同意书；（2）设立自身对照，将40例稳定期白癜风患者每位患者的同一部位（如均为颈部、或躯干、或四肢部位）皮损，一处皮损设为观察部位（观察组），另一处皮损设为对照部位（常规对照组）。观察组皮损处常规消毒，予以一次性针灸针进行火针治疗，常规治疗对照组予以308准分子激光治疗（308准分子激光为目前治疗白癜风公认的有效常规治疗之一）。每周治疗一次，共治疗3个月，对比观察2组治疗的临床近期疗效。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

(1) randomly selected 40 patients with stable vitiligo, informed the purpose of the trial, signed informed consent; (2) set up their own control, the 40 patients with stable vitiligo in each patient in the same part of the body (such as the neck, or trunk , Or limbs) lesions, a lesion was set as the observation site (observation group), and another lesion as the control site (conventional control group). The lesions in the observation group were routinely disinfected, and disposable acupuncture needles were given fire needle treatment. The conventional treatment control group was given 308 excimer laser treatment (308 excimer laser is one of the effective conventional treatments recognized by the current treatment of vitiligo). Weekly treatment, a total of 3 months of treatment, compared the two groups observed the clinical short-term efficacy. 

纳入标准：

同一病损部位（如均为颈部、或躯干、或四肢部位）至少有三处处于稳定期白癜风的患者。

Inclusion criteria

The same lesion site (such as the neck, or trunk, or limbs) at least three in patients with stable vitiligo.

排除标准：

1.进展期白癜风患者； 2.仅颜面部、掌跖、指（趾）部位痛阈值较低部位有皮损的白癜风患者；3.不能耐受火针治疗的白癜风患者；4.皮损处有溃疡、糜烂的白癜风患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with advanced vitiligo;
2. Patients with vitiligo who have skin lesions at the lower part of the face, palmoplantar, and finger (toe) pain thresholds;
3. Patients with vitiligo who can not tolerate fire needle treatment;
4. Patients with lesions Ulcer, erosive vitiligo patients.
