系统的研究黑米对动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病（ASCVD)患者血管衰老和代谢紊乱的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Systematic study of the effects of black rice on vascular aging and metabolic disorders in patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为45-65周岁，男女不限；
2.诊断为动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病（ASCVD），即符合以下任意一项：体检发现的动脉粥样硬化；慢性冠脉综合征；既往缺血性脑卒中病史或者短暂性脑缺血发作病史；周围血管病史；
3.以大米为主食，通常每天消耗米饭≥4两；
4.目前或试验前3个月没有参加其他研究项目；
5.生活规律，每周外出餐饮不超过3次（指午饭和晚饭）；
6.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The age is 45-65 years old, regardless of gender;
2. Diagnosed as Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease (ASCVD), which meets any of the following: atherosclerosis found on physical examination; chronic coronary syndrome; previous history of ischemic stroke or transient cerebral ischemia History of seizures; history of peripheral vascular disease;
3. Rice is the staple food, usually consuming more than 4 taels of rice per day;
4. Have not participated in other research projects at present or 3 months before the test;
5. Regular life, no more than 3 times a week to go out to eat and drink (referring to lunch and dinner);
6. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.对黑米过敏；
2.使用毒品或者酗酒者；
3.糖尿病；
4.严重胃肠道疾病，影响食物消化吸收；
5.严重肝、肾功能疾病患者；
6.癌症患者或5年之内接受过放射治疗或化学治疗患者；
7.任何精神疾病；癫痫患者或者使用抗癫痫治疗中；使用抗抑郁药物者；
8.患有艾滋病、甲肝、乙肝和肺结核等传染性疾病；
9.生活不能自理或行动不便者；
10.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
11.日常食谱中含有大量花青素者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to black rice;
2. People who use drugs or alcohol;
3. Diabetes;
4. Severe gastrointestinal diseases, affecting the digestion and absorption of food;
5. Patients with severe liver and kidney disease;
6. Cancer patients or patients who have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy within 5 years;
7. Any mental illness; patients with epilepsy or using anti-epileptic therapy; people using antidepressants;
8. Suffer from infectious diseases such as AIDS, hepatitis A, hepatitis B and tuberculosis;
9. Those who are unable to take care of themselves or have limited mobility;
10. Pregnant or lactating women;
11. People whose daily diet contains a lot of anthocyanins.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集的内容有：一般问卷、膳食问卷、主要心血管不良事件调查问卷、认知功能相关问卷、体格检查；血样、尿样、粪样采集和分析。数据管理包括数据搜集阶段的数据检查核对，数据整理阶段的预处理、编码、录入、校对和清理等。数据管理主要涉及三方人员：研究人员、质量控制组合数据管理员。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The content of data collection includes: general questionnaire, diet questionnaire, major adverse cardiovascular event questionnaire, cognitive function related questionnaire, physical examination; blood, urine, and fecal samples collection and analysis. Data management includes data checking in the data collection stage, preprocessing, coding, input, proofreading, and cleaning in the data sorting stage. Data management mainly involves three parties: researchers, quality control combination data administrators.
