研究目的：

星状神经节阻滞对轻中度焦虑不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植术患者术后谵妄发生率的影响，同时进一步分析星状神经节阻滞对不同焦虑水平不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植术患者谵妄发生率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Effect of stellate ganglion block on postoperative delirium in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting with mild-to-moderate anxiety, at the same time, the effect of stellate ganglion block on the incidence of delirium in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting with different anxiety levels was analyzed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 50-80岁；
2. ASA Ⅱ-Ⅳ级；
3. 拟行不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植手术；
4. 术前采用焦虑自评量表：焦虑评分≥50分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 50 to 80 years old;
2. ASA II-IV;
3. planned off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting;
4. preoperative self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)SAS >=50.

排除标准：

1. 术前脑血管意外病史；
2. 术前认知功能障碍或基线简易精神状态检查（MMSE）得分<20；
3. Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞；
4. 不同意或无法同意参加研究和/或无法进行说话。

Exclusion criteria：

1. history of preoperative cerebrovascular accident;
2. preoperative cognitive impairment or minimum mental state examination (MMSE) score <20;
3. Ⅲ Degree Atrioventricular Block;
4. non-consent to participate in the study and/or inability to speak.
