研究目的：

应用共聚焦明确结膜相关淋巴组织在角膜炎、糖尿病、翼状胬肉、角膜移植、睑板腺功能障碍发病过程中形态和功能的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

Confocal was used to clarify the changes in the morphology and function of conjunctival-related lymphoid tissue during the onset of keratitis, diabetes, pterygium, corneal transplantation, and meibomian gland dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.临床诊断为角膜炎、翼状胬肉、睑板腺功能障碍、糖尿病、角膜移植之一的患者；
3.经病史询问、眼前段、眼底检查排除眼部疾病的健康人群。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years;
2. Patients who are clinically diagnosed as one of keratitis, pterygium, meibomian gland dysfunction, diabetes, and corneal transplantation;
3. Healthy people excluding eye diseases through medical history, anterior segment, and fundus examination

排除标准：

1.合并有两种或两种以上眼部疾病；
2.过去6个月内曾接受内眼手术（包括玻璃体切除术，白内障摘除术，巩膜扣带术和青光眼术），并且不排除有激光光凝或玻璃体内注射史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are two or more eye diseases combined;
2. Patients who have received internal eye surgery (including vitrectomy, cataract extraction, scleral buckling, and glaucoma) in the past 6 months, and patients with a history of laser photocoagulation or intravitreal injection are not excluded.
