研究目的：

1.采用Elisa和全自动免疫比浊方法检测急性缺血性脑卒中血清标志物ApoCⅢ、ANGPTL4、TRL-C、RBP4和β2mg的方法； 2.全面综合评价血清ApoCⅢ、ANGPTL4、TRL-C、RBP4和β2mg标志物组合，与传统血清标志物如高血糖、高血脂、高同型半胱氨酸等指标的相关性及在AIS早期诊断和预后疗效监测中的临床应用价值；3 通过早期识别、早期干预，为脑卒中早期筛查、预后判断提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Serum markers ApoCⅢ, AngPTL4, TRL-C, RBP4 and β2mg were detected by ELISA and automatic immunoturbidimetry methods in acute ischemic stroke. 2. To comprehensively evaluate the association of serum ApoCIII, AngPTL4, TRL-C, RBP4 and β2MG markers with traditional serum markers such as hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and hyperhomocysteine, as well as the clinical application value in the early diagnosis of AIS and the monitoring of prognosis and efficacy; 3. To provide clinical basis for early screening and prognosis judgment of stroke through early recognition and early intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18；
2.AIS均被神经内科医师通过头部CT或MRI诊断，急性脑梗死参照中华医学会神经病学分会制定的《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2018》；
3.入院7天内接受颈动脉超声检查；
4.自愿参与本次研究，自愿签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years;
2. AIS is diagnosed by neurologists through head CT or MRI, and acute cerebral infarction is in accordance with the "Chinese Acute Ischemic Stroke Diagnosis and Treatment Guide 2018" formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association;
3. Accept carotid artery ultrasound examination within 7 days of admission;
4. Participate in this research voluntarily and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.发病时间超过7天，合并其他严重原发性疾病；
2.TIA；
3.一个月内服用过影响脂质代谢和肾功能的药物；
4.合并严重感染、肝肾功能异常或自身免疫性疾病；
5.数据缺失较多。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The onset time is more than 7 days, combined with other serious primary diseases;
2. TIA;
3. Have taken drugs that affect lipid metabolism and renal function within one month;
4. Combined with severe infection, abnormal liver and kidney function or autoimmune diseases;
5. There are many data missing.
