研究目的：

研究高脂血症患者应用瑞舒伐他汀降血脂的效果差异和肠道微生态菌群的关系，分析高脂血症患者应用瑞舒伐他汀降血脂后的高血脂与低血脂人群肠道微生态菌群的差异特征，为临床上使用瑞舒伐他汀降血脂和预防心血管疾病事件发生提供新线索。  

Objectives of Study：

Hyperlipidemia is a common risk factor for cardiovascular diseases that cause about 30% of global death. Rosuvastatin is widely used to treat hyperlipidemia due to its high potency in cholesterol reduction. The present study aimed to examine the effect of rosuvastatin treatment to hyperlipidemia patients as well as the composition diversity and species abundance of gut microbiome in association with rosuvastatin efficacy.

纳入标准：

按照2007年中华心血管病学会、中华心血管病杂志编委会血脂异常防治对策专题组制定的中国成人血脂异常防治指南参考标准选择，血清LDL-C≥3.64 mmol/L(140 mg/dl)；HDL≤0.91 mmol/L(35 mg/dl)；TG≥ 1.70 mmol/L(150 mg/dl)；TC ≥5.72 mmol/L(220 mg/dl)

Inclusion criteria

The diagnosis of hyperlipidemia was based on the following inclusion criteria set by the Chinese society of Cardiology in 2007: serum LDL-C ≥ 3.64mmol/L, high density lipoprotein (HDL) ≤ 3.64mmol/L, TG ≥ 1.70mmol/L, total cholesterol (TC) ≥ 5.72mmol/L

排除标准：

排除甲状腺功能低下、肝肾疾病、肾上腺皮质功能亢进、长期服用类固醇激素、避孕药、甲状腺激素的患者，急慢性胃肠道疾病，药物性血脂异常以及三个月内有抗生素应用史的病例

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded if they had at least one of the following conditions:
1) a history of antibiotic application (within 3 months);
2) long-term use of steroid hormone, thyroid hormone, contraceptive drugs and drugs that affect lipid parameters of serum;
3) active liver and kidney diseases;
4) uncontrolled hypothyroidism;
5) adrenocortical hyperfunction;
6) acute and chronic disorders of the digestive system.
