研究目的：

我们开展一项在鼻内镜手术中，无阿片药物麻醉的随机对照研究，旨在探讨无阿片药物的麻醉方法与传统方法相比，在鼻内镜手术中的可行性及优越性。同时，对术中无阿片类麻醉方法能否与传统方法一样，可以有效的抑制伤害性感受做出一定的探讨。  

Objectives of Study：

We carried out a randomized controlled study of opioid-free anesthesia in endoscopic sinus surgery, aiming to explore the feasibility and superiority of opioid-free anesthesia compared with traditional methods in endoscopic sinus surgery. At the same time, it is necessary to discuss whether the intraoperative opioid-free anesthesia method can effectively suppress nociceptive sensations as traditional methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄≥16岁，性别不限，BMI 18.9-30kg/m2，ASA分级I-II级;
2）接受气管插管全身麻醉的择期行鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术，手术操作时间≥30分钟的患者；
3）符合伦理，患者自愿受试，签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1) Age ≥16 years old, no gender limit, BMI 18.9-30kg/m2, ASA classification I-II;
2) Patients who underwent elective sinusitis and endoscopic sinus surgery under general anesthesia for tracheal intubation, and the operation time ≥30 minutes;
3) In line with ethics, the patient voluntarily takes the test and signs the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1）患有精神、神经系统疾病或可疑痴呆症或记忆力损害者；
2）严重的听觉、视觉、语言系统功能损害者；
3）严重肝肾疾病者(Child-Pugh分级为C级或术前透析的患者)；
4)经判定术前存在认知功能障碍者；
5)确定/怀疑有滥用或长期应用麻醉性镇静镇痛药者；
6)存在对麻醉药物的禁忌症或者过敏者；
7）不配合或无法理解 QoR-40、NRS/VAS评分者；

Exclusion criteria：

1) People suffering from mental or nervous system diseases or suspected dementia or memory impairment;
2) Those with severe impairment of auditory, visual, and language systems;
3) Patients with severe liver and kidney disease (Child-Pugh grade C or preoperative dialysis patients);
4) Those who have been judged to have cognitive dysfunction before surgery;
5) Determined/suspected to abuse or use narcotic sedatives and analgesics for a long time
6) Those who have contraindications or allergies to narcotic drugs;
7) Those who do not cooperate or cannot understand QoR-40, NRS/VAS scores;

由术前专门访视人员，采用分层区组随机化方法，按照中心分层。每个中心则采用简单随机化方法，对于符合纳入排除标准的病例，以个人为单位按生成随机数的方式分为两组：生成随机数为单数即到OFA组（无阿片类麻醉组）；生成随机数为偶数即到OA组（传统方式麻醉组）
